Please read carefully. All Rental items are final upon delivery. You are responsible for our rental equipment's from the time items are delivered or picked up by Ginger Man Catering staff.
All changes or cancellations must be in writing. We need 24 hours cancellation notice for customers to receives full refund. Full refund on LINENS are 2-3 days before event date. NO REFUND once rental items are delivered.
