Oren Shukrun
Oren Shukrun, the force, founder and President of Ginger Man Kosher Catering NYC, is a celebrity chef with 36 years’ experience creating with his team gourmet cuisine in both Israel and the United States.
He was one of the lead chefs at The King David Hotel in Jerusalem, one of three five star hotels in Israel. Throughout his career Chef Oren has prepared meals and catered parties for some of the most distinguished and discerning clientele, including former presidents and world leaders.
Specializing in kosher modern healthy and clean cuisine, sephardic, askenazi, french Mediterranean and modern American. Chef Oren’s and his team passion for food precludes him from offering anything less than perfection in both the preparation and presentation of his exceptional kosher meal
